I have set tartget daily I evaluate claims, data mangament & refunds team. I coach the staff when we notice that there's areas of concern I work weel with my workers & try to build them up . Supply train if neccessary to new consultants that come into the company . I enjoy teaching people new things & i've learnt people skills through all the years

Quality assurance

Previously at 1Life we had a set target of 8 evaluations for the day And at my current job I self manage myself I do all the Qa for the entire department claims , document control and the contact center I also do training and coaching

Pros: Room for promotion
Cons: No motivation and no benefits
