Performance and attendence based

On a daily basis, we provide customer service to UK clientele. I have a very good relationship with my co-workers. I am always fair, never take sides. It is a joy to work at this company. During my time here I have learnt many things, like for example I learnt about the UK culture, I learned to work on various systems. I came out of my comfort zone. I enjoy being busy most of the time I am at work. The most challenging aspects are dealing with irate customers and meeting all performance metrics.

Excellent learning curve

Team work and also competitive nature amongst team members its good to build spirit and strive for better always. Learning to de-escalate a situation and take ownership and first call resolutions was the main aim. Great experience and good team mates.

Pros: receiving the r300 on the 15 of each month to help you get by or just to help when travelling money isn't available. had a great manager like a friend very supportive.
Cons: growth was more about who you knew then actually results in work.

It was easy being promoted to what I am now, however there is no mentoring to get better than what you are , poor management which doesn't help with growth at all.

Excellent client relationship.

Previously in a WFM Global team as an RTA where we had many campaigns to manage daily. This was very fast paced, high pressured and with no room for any miscalculations, missing of deadlines or failing to respond to any client’s requests. Currently client facing RTA with more insight into directly managing and developing tools and reports to efficiently and effectively achieve business objectives.

Pros: Excellent client relationship.
Cons: 5% salary increase after 3 years with no review.

Excellent learning experience

Typical sag I was able to learn more about myself as a professional in seeing how I could handle working with different personalities. I was able to lead and make decisions on the spot that were needed to be made.

The company is okay but growth is limited and so far I have been placed to 2 campaigns because of it closing and I want to grow within the business. The compan is good but limited growth

Just another call center

The campaign culture is great and there is potential growth for employees but salary wise the salary is not out of this world. Managers seem to be ok been only there for a few months
