Excellent learning curve

we work shifts, and it varies from month to month. I am still new at the current company, but work well with my team leader, and as a team we work well with my subordinates. the car insurance environment is a new exposure especially dealing with united kingdoms customers and learning their accent. I enjoy closing deals with them and learning their approach in terms of the insurance. the job is enjoyable, except that the language itself is the problem although its English but the pronunciation is totally different

Great place to work

Good place to work for, however looking to broaden horizons and take on new challenges, working at telepeformance is like being with your family, biggest challenge is dealing with anxiety while still trying to stay happy and give your best service

Excellent learning curve

my typical day at working is answering calls and assisting the customer with their queries. I work very well with my co workers and I have a good working relationship. we get along so well and cover for each other. how to deal with UK based clients, to be patient and understood more how the energy field works abroad. helping and getting good feedback from the customers I assisted. having to deal with criticism because of my south African accent and dealing angry and shouting customers

I love to work with my team as they are a great team however the hours of the company are not good

The job hours are just tooo long and not paid accurately most of months that does demotivate one to stay with such company , and the management structure is not helpful and active as they suppose to be so most times it’s very difficult to get concerns dealt with
