Excellent and challenging

I have picked up and corrected so many mistakes that saved a company lots of money. Managed to open a new branch in Bloemfontein and generated new ideas and the company still using them. Before deducting salary to my co workers l check with them.l enjoy most when my work is accomplish, and realising that l am really appreciated of what l am doing. My goal is to leave a picture and good understanding of what l am good at.The company have groomed me a lot in terms of giving me the floor to express my expertise

Pros: l might have great opportunity of promotion by my CFO
Cons: l don't mind working long hours as long l am happy with my worj

Excellent and challenging

Excellent and challenging

Its a very challenging company each and every day its something new of which l learn a lot and it makes me multitask. I understand and listen to my co workers team working is my middle name. I told my self that no one have stupid ideas as long as that person has a goal of making the company grow. I managed to review and open a branch at Bloemfontein though it was tough but challenging u work up in the morning having something to achieve and prove what you are capable of.

Pros: The is no potential growth and l like to grow more
Cons: long hours l don't mind as long l achieve my goals

Excellent and challenging

It is nice to be always on spot with my work even though l get distracted by doing the duties that are not mine but l make sure l meet my deadline. That has made me learn to work under pressure. I have to liaise with my workers go extra miles in terms of their salaries deduction.

Excellent and challenging

Not to get the register for for the payroll in time payment to the suppliers not released in time yet on my side it was submitted early. I try by all means to lialise with my co -workers before l deduct money from their salaries. Its a challenging job coz every time you have to do something new l like it

It was very challenging l did learn a lot through this company. But just that l wasn't given credit in all my inputs. But l kept on working knowing that l will use this knowledge to my advantage. My co workers were excellent. The most challenging about my job was l was given too many task at once but it was good because its a way of learning to work under pressure
