Massive exposure and gained massive confidence

Good day I NT Ramanamane worked for Tecmed Africa a a well known medical company in South Africa. I did extensive traveling and learned a lot from Surgeons and hospital staff. The exposure in the medical field was massive and I learned that confidence and being genuine is what will get you sales. I was very grateful for the opportunity and would like a new challenge.

The Tecmed Experience

A typical work day is to source pricing on external supplies, search for tender opportunities , approve quotations and tenders for supply and maintenance of various medical equipment etc. I manage a tender compliment of two professional tender administrators. I have learnt a great deal of customer service, general business management and decision making. The most challenging aspects is that no policy, procedure is maintained or always adhered to.

Pros: Small/ medium company, easy to obtain support and buy in with projects etc.
Cons: Limited opportunity for promotion or growth
