Challenge every day

My current day to day duties is to do everything from IR, LR, Skills etc. I enjoy it so much as each day has new challenges and I can hardly plan my day as a new challenges arise every morning, that is what drives me and make me want to come to work. I have a very good relationship with our blue collar and white collar workers and they respect me a lot. I am their go to person. I've have grown tremendously and think I have dealt with every scenario that you can think of, and I like to resolve it. The most important part of my job currently is to keep my ears on the ground and communication is key. I always make sure to stay on top and ahead of everyone. I am their go to person. Pros: I don't have someone looking over my shoulder / micromanage
Cons: No opportunity for growth

Will be an excellent time to get more exposure and better opportunities. Better challenge and changes that can be experience. Learning is always good for yourself and to be expose to your best of your abilities which I am always willing to experience . Always willing to built relationships as a team and to strive together and helping and give my all every single day. Getting to know co workers and to understand how to work together. Can work under pressure and get work done on time.

Excellent learning oppurtunities

A typical work day begins hectic having to sort through break downs and arrange the necessary artisan support. Ensuring that jobs are distributed evenly and accordingly. I have a good relationship with my co workers as I am a peoples person and get a long well with most individuals even the tricky ones. With the uniqueness of my profession and company I have learnt tons and continue to learn new things on a daily basis.

Great learning experiences

Alot of pressure but it helps you to think and work better. Most of the other workers helps you with your daily tasks as we all are a team and see out to the tasks at hand. No problems only good results.

Excellent learning curve for how to not do things.

I was over worked and underpaid.Artisans resigns frequently at the company so the work gets split between remaining artisans instead of getting replacements. There are no health and safety standards and each day you fear for your life. There is no health and safety officer to report these problems and no HR manager to report socail concerns. Because I am intrigued by challenges,I took it upon myself to do my duties and these of the maintenance manager. So in short I was the foreman and designated maintenance guy at the high voltage induction ovens.

Pros: Great group of artisans.
Cons: No support from managers,HR

Excellent for basics

The company I am at, there is not a big platform for growth, however it is the perfect platform to learn all you need to know on a administrative level. The great thing about it, is the fact that you have a summer holiday. The hours is long, as a mother you need to juggle between work n family wich can become tough sometimes. So for someone who does not have kids it would be great. Other than that the company is a good stepping stone for the basics and to build experience.
