• Technically competent professional with experience in IT Infrastructure Management, System Administration, Network Management, Troubleshooting & Support and Disaster/Recovery Management, • Datacentre Implementation from scratch to Application level. • Responsible for equipment maintenance tasks such as Managing and installing custom upgrades for customer’s requirement. Known ability to produce high quality deliverable that meet or exceed timeline and budgetary targets. • Manage end user experience with Group Policy, Active Directory, User Policy, Exchange Server 2010, and Antivirus. • Implementing, Configuring and Troubleshooting VCenter, VMware, ESXI, Oracle Virtual Manager/Servers. • Troubleshooting and management of Antivirus McAfee ePO 5.1., Trend Micro. • Basic understanding of Microsoft & RHEL cluster services.

Wide net of influence and growth

Typical work day consists of administration and quick check ins with team members before attending either internal meetings or customer visits. Relationship with coworkers is essential in delivering growth and building a high performance team. Some team members are more open to collaboration while others are closed in their sales approach. It’s about leveraging each ones strength to deliver the result, while being cognizant of strengths and weaknesses in the team, as well as organizational maturity. Key Learnings include a vast array of connections across various OEMs and partnerships, with a very steep learning curve in the ways that various technologies compete. Enjoyment comes from seeing the team work through a problem and deliver a successful sale regardless of the difficult situation. Enjoyment comes from the team building and playing hard after working hard

Good for starters

Good opportunity for freshers. No career for middle level management resources when they complete 6 years in company. Training staff is good. Overall ok to work for 2 or 4 years if you see good growth.

Learning a new application was good and challenging and i loved

Working at Tech mahindra is really good and challenging you get to learn many things in Information Technology. And Get to challenge yourself in the support you do.
