IT Management lacks commitment to business. TEBA does not look after their staff.

Typical days are hectic. Crisis management daily. Bad infrastructure and poor links to rural & foreign sites. Systems and Networks are often off-line – System & Network Engineers have a don’t care attitude, they just do a “job” and not “their job”. IT Manager is bias and not committed to quality service delivery. Good relationship with co-workers and team members. I enjoy working with our users/internal customers and making sure that they receive quality service and are happy. The most challenging aspect is to get the different departmental mangers to cooperate, listen, learn and be open to suggestions.

Excellent learning stream

I work very well with my current employees. Lack of communication. Learnt alot. To be patient to be confident and stand your grounds. Exposure on what actually am capable of, assisting people over the phone but not person. Well sometimes.
