More opportunities for younger employees

Learnt a lot in this company and they gave me a chance to grow as an individual as well as team player yes there were challenges but they made me become a better person mostly I enjoy when I become a solution to most of the problems that we come across on a day-to-day operations

Pros: If you commit to your work promotion is for you
Cons: Lots of overtime but that's shows commitment
