My normal day at work involves making appointments with the Managers of the places that we will go to work in as a team. Meeting with the gate keepers in communities to offer our services and collecting data and making sure the Data captures and stakeholders recieve and report it. A typical day at work involves a lot of health education , team work, reaching targets, having to show empathy and communication wether with clients or debriefing with colleagues. I really enjoy meeting with different people everyday equipping them with health care knowledge. Whats challenging is that we. work as a small team so if anyone is in conflict with the other it makes it hard for us to interact, so we. always try to solve those conflicts as soon as possible so that our targets are not affected.

Managing a team that servicing 2 different districts having an employees of 30. Attending provincial planning and meeting. Looking and ordering of stock and equipment. Presentations at different levels of health system

Experience to work with inmates

Was hired as hast counsellor I have been trained by the company to do tier.net which I believe it is a great opportunity for me and I learnt a lot about TB ,the most challenging experience is to work with inmates even though there is guard's a round you should be always be careful

Good team work with possible growth to other professional level

TBHIVcare a very big company with many programs running that gives more work oppotunities to unemployed youth and save lives in the community in fighting against TB and HIV, to have HIV free generation.Good working environment amongs the employees.

Pros: Great opportunities for Promotion as I join the Organisation as a Professional Nurse then became Nurse Mentor as compacompany do consider internal candidates first for company growth purposes.

Excellent job environment and challenges

I love what im doing at this company im currently working. It give me and others opportunities in the industry and outside the industry. And i like to help others in community. We work in freat teams. I have and still learn every day from people and my colleagues.

I work from 08:00 to 16:30 every day, I have learnt to deal with different type of people

As a data capturer at TBHIVCARE it gave me alot of time in ICT INFRARED even though am a Data capturer but my clinic depends on me when it comes to any ICT INFRASTRUCTURE I

Cons: We always work under pressure and it became my nature

Hard working pays off

I am a hard working person who able to meet deadlines as needed ,by employer . Good relationship h with my supervisor and with the entire team. The most exciting when my facility improved and one of top performers with other facilities supported by pepfer

Medical Sector - Learning alot

Beautiful company to work for. First time working in the Health Sector but am pleased to be learning this much. I have never worked on a fixed term contract but due to funding that is how it works. Am looking for a more permanent post.
