Administration

Working for a NGO was a great experience for as a have learned lot of new things.. Getting to in that kind of challenging environment has prepared me a lot as I was living the company values and performing my duties with respect and accountability.

Pros: In the area of growth, there was a lot of growth as the company was growing in numbers and quality.
Cons: Working long hours and overtime was something I always enjoyed as it gave me opportunities when it comes to learning and taking your time to prove myself in another angle.

The organisation is well established and is growiing ve, it was a great honor to wor at TB HIV care all the past 4 tears , I learn a lot and i grow alot,so for now i am looking for new challenge or venture to grow more and morery fast

A typical day at work

AA A typical day... On a day I would be getting to the intake site and deliver a presentation about services social workers render. Having that clients who present in a down low and be able to uplift them, make the day. Having those clients stop you in the corridor and thank you for the assistance, guidance provided is priceless. Coming back from seeing clients spending time with a colleauge and discuss difficult cases is a source of offloading at the same time guiding each other and ensure you dont take work home.
