Avancement vs benefits

Good colleagues, and room for growth but no benefits or financial incentives. The salaries are far below par. I enjoy working with students and colleagues very much. I am passionate about learning and teaching.

Pros: there is room for growth
Cons: part time lectures take up extra hours, but this is enjoyable

Who Am I

I am looking for a challenging new role where I can bring my problem solving, organisational skills and common sense approach to business administration. My ideal job would be one that is varied and challenging, something where I would be able to achieve a full sense of job satisfaction on a regular basis. I do not have a preference to work in a specific business sector, as I am motivated by a good challenge. My highest grade of education is Matric, but I describe my qualifications as “qualified by experience” and bring with me a wealth of experience.
