My Typical Work Day

As a credit controller I am rule orientated,target driven and also pay attention to detail, I pride myself in providing an excellent client service yet taking in account the companies policy and procedure. I'm a team player, I always volunteer to assist my co-workers where I can and I too ask for assistance when I don't understand something regarding my work. I have learnt that customer is a king, we need to strive to give an excellent client service and must make sure we stick to the companies rules and regulation though. Nothing gives me satisfaction like seeing a happy client and me meeting my targets. I find it very challenging when I have to repossess someones vehicle as I need to get the collections pack from our mother Bank, then book the account to External Debt Collector, then give him and approval for repossess the vehicle, however I enjoy such challenges as they make one strong in the role he plays at work.

Working Under Pressure

I am team player and have at least 3 banks to works work with of which I admit it can be exhausting at times, I however give my all by providing an exceptional service to the clients, the bank consultant and also the team I work with. I believe in rule orientation and I am target driven, the most challenging thing about my job is to be able to reach your target regardless how pressurizing clients and our partners could be. I enjoy working under pressure because I believe I can handle it very well and I have learned that with patience and putting our clients first the job becomes much easier.
