Excellent growth opportunities

I currently handle payroll of +- 250 staff for Payroll clients. I can now process monthly salaries on my own on SAGE VIP and do monthly and bi annual returns to SARS on my own. Furthermore I have been taught how to use excel to make reconciliations with the accounting and finance department as all these departments work in conjunction. People work together as a team and as individuals as well. What I enjoy most doing is making my customers happy, that is sending out payrolls on time and pay slips and meeting monthly and bi annual and annual deadlines to avoid penalties and interests. The most challenging part of the job is you have to be able to work under pressure when it is payroll time as most clients send their payroll at almost the same time and they want their payroll to be processed on time as well.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning
Cons: Being an assistant you can only learn so much so I need a job where I can be exposed to more everything about payroll not just administration.

Its a good company for those in accounting and tax

Tax monitor is a great company and has lots of opportunity for growth as they teach everyone to be the jack of all trades. Great company for those in accounting and tax. The company is growing showing that customers are being satisfied.
