Excellent learning curve

Typical work day differs according to the planned schedule and the job description for that particular month. In general most of the days are hectic because it gets busier especial during peak season. since i know how to plan my day i do not encounter any difficulties along the day. relationship with the co-workers is super good in such a way that we even assist each other and when there is problems we help each other in finding solutions. so far i have learnt to always be a good listener and to communicate everything, being a great team player and able to work under pressure. i enjoy solving problems and being involve every where. i also enjoy attending meetings and giving feed backs, analyzing samples and conducting audits for quality checks. Challenges is that as a quality you will always fight with other departments because they do not adhere to safety and quality rules.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion and growing myself and the company
Cons: Having issues with other departments
