In this position i have learnt to manage staff over different areas of the dealership
a typical work day we would start with a morning meeting to catch up of sales and what is happening the day reporting of sales and managing internal problems drawing up of forecast for head office of sales and targets managing petty cash customer complaints inspecting the sales floor and display cars i have a very good relationship with my staff and other co-workers and also my superiors i have learnt different ways of management and also different departments in the dealership how they operate and the challenges they face on a daily basis also how to draw up budgets and manage them i enjoy the challenge that comes from every day i work well under pressure and to strive to be the best i can be most challenging was when i started at Tata Highlands they where over stocked cars were sitting way to long in stock and the sales department was not performing to standard my team and i trained and got the problems sorted out we were awarded top dealer in the country

Good
I have learned how to deal with people ,solving problems and having some patience on people. To give love and Respect as we all equal and never underestimate on someone. I enjoyed putting a smile one every customers face encouraging them to work hard as we all can not afford to buy a car but some day the light shall shine upon on each of one of us . Relationship with my co-workers I all have learned so much from them that I build friendships and some of us became more then friends more to sisterhood. Daily challenges were conflicting but always reminded myself that fix every problem with a smile . Am willing to learn and grow as a person. Am a very strong person and can work under pressure

Learning new
i have learnt allot at Tata in the time i have been there from new ways of management to controlling budgets setting of targets and managing productive and non productive staff working out how to optimize profit and taking advantage of different online marketing

Great way to learn about marketing and training of staff
the company is a great learning experience to learn about different ways of marketing but it has allot of challenges because the call center does not have the correct information about products or pricing also some dealerships do not have workshops so it makes recon on used cars or servicing new cars difficult sending it to our other dealership is 35km away

Cons: dealerships does not look the best and they dont all have workshops
