Looking for a new challanging osition

I am diligent worker that always take pride in my work, make a positive contribution to the company, flexible to work in a changing environment. I am well motivated, innovative, and hardworking, a good team player that is always willing to learn new skills, I am self-motivated, driven by success and excellence and would like to sustain myself in a dynamic environment where my passion in Information Technology will be utilised, i am currently working as a Pricing analyst and business support with Exposure to Finance and Business Processes Environment, now looking for a new challenging position, one which will make best use of existing Skills and experience and also further my personal and professional development. I am a fast learner and willing to learn new skills and exchange knowledge with other people. I am a team player and also enjoy being part of a solution.

Huge Learning Curb

Working as a consultant for the largest consultancy houses in the world gave me a new perspective to managing the people and not the project. Tata Consultancy Services is one of the few companies left that really is interested in the people and the community that they work in. Giving away up to 60% of their profits to the community or country they work in. Truly a people's organization. Permanent employees on projects are always willing to help and guide when needed. The most challenging aspect was to manage the client and its expectations. This while the organization is in major turmoil. My whole team was international-based consultants that I will keep in contact with for a very long period to come. My team was always willing to go the extra mile to deliver on time in a new business sector implementation. They were not afraid to add valuable information and assist on the project planning or even take action when required.

Pros: Great organisation to be employed by.
Cons: Very difficult to get permanent employment
