MY DAILY JOB

WORKING AT MY CURRENT JOB IS VERY DEMANDING AND STRESFUL AT TIMES.MY DAY STARTS AT 07:30 AND SOMETIMES IT ENDS AT 18:00.WEEKENDS AND AFTER HOURS I AM ON STANDBY DUTY.I GET ALONG VERY WELL WITH CO WORKERS AND WE SHARE A CLOSE WORKING BOND.I HAVE LEARNT A LOT ABOUT BEING PATIENT,HAVE RESPECT IN THE WORKPLACE.I ENJOY COMING TO WORK AS NO TWO DAYS ARE THE SAME.IS TO MEET MY DEADLINES...AS WELL AS KEEPING EVERYBODY HAPPY INCLUDING MYSELF.

I learned that hard work pays off.

Task is a good company and I have devoted myself to work as hard as I can. This made me to gain experience I tough I will never gain. I love what I am doing, but I need better prospects.

The hours are very nice

a typical work day start with. capturing crfs on different systems and filing and doing queries and dcfs. ive learn a lot about medical side of life. my relationship with my co-wokers we are all a team and we work well together

Great Learn Curve

Working for ask is really great, it was my first job after completing my Diploma. At this point i am one of the people that has to make sure the lab is running that all the daily activities are completed. My biggest challenge is having to deal with people bad personalities/ behavior and still remain calm at all times.

Pros: The company is busy building a new lab and there are new project that we may start.
Cons: No more opportunity for growth

Good working hours/flexibility.No pension. no medical aid. salary a bit compared to market related. Little structure. No further skill development. Little growth opportunities within the company.

Not a good company

Company doesn't give any benefits no study leave no structure there is so much favoring They retrench people without enough prior warning not a friendly enviroment

Learning curve

Start at 6am on average. good working ralationships. Learnt loads about tb and hiv challenges: learning to think fast. driving around for long hours can take its toll on the body
