• Generating quotations • Creating internal Purchase orders • Placing orders with multiple vendors. • Processing and monitoring of order confirmations, delivery date notifications and expedited deliveries • Receiving and processing of Goods Receiving into system- GRV • Arranging and booking transport for shipments • Preparation of required shipment documentation • Processing Sales Orders on Pastel- Invoices • Maintain good interpersonal relations with vendors and partners. • Liaising with internal and external customers and suppliers. • Managing the buying of inventory and stock control. • Assisting new partners with registration process, Sales support and direct contact with key customers. • Processing of Order Returns Debit Notes to suppliers
