Excellent learning curve

I enjoy working with people and interacting with suppliers and clients although the people I work with are somewhat troublesome, they like to push their work to us in the lower positions as rather personal assistants than colleagues. Apart from that I have learnt so many things in the company part of that being dealing with difficult people and handling pressure.

Pros: Better experience in the field.
Cons: No chances of promotions and no growth.

Great organisation culture

I enjoy the culture of our company, its friendly. The company believes in their staff and family is everything to our top management. There is no micro management, everyone takes responsibility of their job. Working in a big organization can be very challenging as it take a bit long to get feedback from management as they are always busy.

Pros: Good opportunity for growth
Cons: Lack of communication
