I am an ambitious person who knows what it takes to be an employee. I am so passionate about my job. I love joking but not during working hour, I'm a hard worker and a look always meeting deadlines.

Waste management facilitator

As a facilitator in Waste management I trained NQF level 5 of LGseta under programme of owner Department of Environmental Affairs and employed by private contractor Talent Emporium Academy and students provided by the Jozini Local Municipality. Typical work day begins at 8, training 24 students, I go through the curriculum chapter of the day and training the students in Waste management. I have learnt the constitutional side of environmental sciences and in particular Waste management and the guidelines and laws within the country. I enjoy training future Waste managers and the experience I get is useful in for me and my career

Pros: Site manager and work station control
Cons: Tiring long hours and working with people who sometimes no english literate

Excellent learning curve

Good for entry level. teaches you the culture of hard work. teahce you how to work under a lot of pressure and submit on time. sometimes u work on weekends which is a downfall.

Excallance learning curve

I work as an administrator, I have good relation with my co-workers and they very much rely on me or ask for advices most of the time, I have learnt to be patient while working with other people, time management is also vital, filing and lastly

Cons: low wage

Excellent learning curve

It is a very good platform for once growth academically but payment is not as good as it should be...they underpay their staff and the work load is too much.
