A typical work day

A typical day in field for me would start off with the correct planning of an area,. Working within an area allocated where your top customers are. Detailing of products. Providing structured training. Building and maintain good relationships. Working with co-workers is a very important part of my job. Sharing best practice ideas is very important in turning a difficult area around. By listening Customer relationships are important, most of all maintaining honesty and integrity takes a good rep a long way. This is what I have learnt the most, combined with the absolute need of understanding one’s data and where to focus on the most. When these points are addressed and delivered then job satisfaction is almost always accomplished. And this is what I enjoy the most out of my job as a rep. The most challenging aspects to me so far has always been the Economy and medical aid re imbuements,s this is something the doctor or Rep has very little influence over against medical aids.

Pros: Always being developed and opportunity for growth
Cons: Limited access to some important customers
