I, Ziyaad Cooper regard myself as a fast learner and will learn as much as my position allows me to know in order to deliver my work up to standards. I want to be and example and motivation to my colleagues by having a positive attitude, strong good spirit and take initiative wherever I can, and am allowed to. My success is the good fortune that comes from aspiration, desperation, perspiration and inspiration. My ability to concentrate and use my time well means everything if I 2 want to succeed in a business. Winning isn’t everything but wanting to win is. I’m not afraid of growing slowly but I’m afraid of standing still.

Excellent experience and learning curve

Very good hotel with understanding workmates Alienate well with hotel associates. Learnt Costings, Raw material Costs, Stock taking, Variance calculations, Guest Relations, Butler Services, Waite ring. I enjoyed Guest Relations Most The challenging part of Guest Relations is to take control of an irate Guest.

Hard worker and fast leaner

Am a fast leaner good listen skills am willing to learn anything in the kitchen hard working person .I like to work with my seniors at work so that I can see other things ow gain more experience by working with them

Cons: Long hours when it's busy ow needed
