At all times i am so very willing to learn new things

I am working for a manufacturing firm which have more than a thousand of employees, so i work very well with other people and also alone if expected to do so. I have gained a lot of experience within finance department. What i enjoy the most about my work is maintaining the ledger accounts and doing the vat report and submission

The experience was very good

attending production and quality assurance meeting. attending to department expectations such as department outputs, production plan, customer requirements and designs. staff needs and skills required. maintain inter department meeting with all the staff on daily basis. due to the printing department being a section of our dye-house i got exposure to more dyeing processes and challenges that could affect the dye process negatively. i enjoy printing department more as each design have his own challenge and to develop and make improvements together with the customer as a partner. most challenging part of the job is to ensure that staff members are trained properly. make them understand their roll in the company. teaching to be accountable and to work as a team.
