Excellent learning curve

Loading offloading trucks, receiving suppliers, stock monitoring, floor displays. I have a very good relationship with everybody at work. Ive learnt how to work and deal with customers. I enjoy working with the companys stock and helping customers. The most challengine aspect is stock take.

How to function in a disfunctional workplace.

I have a very good relationship with all the employees at work. Discisions are made quickly and the job can become. I have learn a lot how not to treat people. I am the first person at work and the last person to leave. I enjoy the most the challenges of changing mindsets. The most challenging aspect is the change peoples views of employees based on perseptions. Introducing new technology and modern practices.

I'm ready to grow within a company

A typical work day would be reviewing print media adverts for the company and monitoring the social media , creating a marketing plan for the social media platforms (4 companies under the Tafelberg umbrella , I manage) I create posts for them on a basic editing programme and I have knowledge of Microsoft packages and Coral Draw.I assist with ADHOC duties and monitor the designers that work along side me.

Pros: Lovely colleagues
Cons: Very little growth potential

Challenging, however possible!

Grateful to be part of the team. I am committed to ensure that we have satisfied and happy clients. I enjoy working with my subordinates, to contribute towards their lives and to mske a difference. Dealing with customers are enriching. Challenges include dealing with difficult customers and extensive working hours.

Pros: Large and stable company.
Cons: Extensive working hours. Minimal opportunity for growth and promotion. Salary not market related.

Learning curve, gained experience, being able to work under pressure.

deI worked as a students salesperson under a senior salesperson, I had to make sales for my senior salesperson, which meant I had to work directly with the clients. I got a target, which means I had to perform, that put me under pressure but also build my confidence.

Pros: gained experience in retail as well as administration skills
Cons: Long work hours for minimum wages

Gaining lot of experience

I like the most working with people. My relationship is good with co-workers My job is very challenging. the company are still in the seventies and new technology doesn`t exist. the thinking is old and out dated. I Love it when there`s presure

Excellent work experience

Each day you learn something else,I have to think on my feet and make instant decisions based on specific situations. I am a all rounder and have to know all assests of the business and communicate on all levels. I have a great relationship with all my co workers and have to work in a team aswell as individually. Customer service is our core value and the organisational culture is great. I love meeting new people and enjoy it most to interact with different people. I am a perfectionist and find it a challenge to deligate work.

Great growth opportunities.

Day to day running of branch. Stock control, merchandising and motivation of staff to achieve daily targets. I have a fabulous team of 21 staff members. Dealing with HR matters can be challenging at times. I very much enjoy dealing with customers and achieving targets. I am profit driven and take pleasure in achieving desired results. Unreasonable customer complaints can be very challenging, however to enjoy resolving problems. The most undesirable part of my job is the administration. A lot of my day is consumed with administration.

Cons: Long hours
