I have gained the knowledge or rather , the norm of communications with co workers. It is very crucial to maintain a good relationship with people so that you can get assistance , should you be in trouble ( example asking a colleague to print out a copy for you). This helps build a good relationship as you are able to work together as a team and still communicate should problem arises. Team spirit is everything in a work environment, I can do it on my own but I cannot achieve on my own. They are a great bunch of people and we ensure that we maintain that regardless. It gets challenging as we deal with deadlines everyday but still , I have learnt to keep my head up and push the work for the day and ensure that I have reached the target so that production can continue. It's challenging , but exciting.

I took away so much from Table Charm. Even got the opportunity to travel abroad.
I was retrenched from Table Charm last year and I was pregnant at that time but didn't know. The reasoning was that "last in first out". I was devasted especially after finding out I was pregnant. I have had time to reflect and think about the kind of life I want. I now have a purpose for living and want to better myself and my life. I am willing to work harder and push myself because I have to. Being unemployed has made me see things differently and have made a promise to myself and that is to never take what I have for granted not that I did previously. I want to work, I want to grow and become better. I want to impress and prove that I am worthy. I would love to be granted the opportunity to try.

Excellent learning curve
Sales person. Direct marketing and sales of the product which is kitchen ware, perfumes, bags and clothes. Generate money from commission. Sales management. Recruiting and managing peoples to sell the product ensuring that they meet their target every month. Skills learned includes. Leadership role, communications skille, team player.

Excellent commison based work
With this opportunity you learn to be persuarsive because your next salary depends on it. I. Have learnt to go out there, bacame a smooth talker however i always put my customers needs first and i give them an ear if they want to vent so it is not only about money making it is personal. We kind of need each other.

Excellent bussines optunities and learing curve
Table Charm offers one the steping stone of becoming their own boss. It ofers great learning points of how to deal with custmers and how to better keep a good fainacial recored of all transactions

Exvellent learning curve
Working as a Consultant for Table Charm has helped me to gain good communication Skill and love for people I come across as I see potential customers. For my customers I developed a very good relationship . This job made me to become people ' person and love my job . This will help me with time management , good planning and organising skills. Undoubtedly these Skills will benefit me a lot in my new job Aup Pair.

Company doesn't have a place for growth.
The company the comp3 is not a good environment to work for. As we are working long hours, Saturdays and public holidays. It is even difficult to take leave as no one will be responsible for the accounts that you are doing. The company doesn't have place for growth and the is no motivation.

Hardworking person
It is a great and amazing experience as I deal much with marketing , I get to speak face to face with de customers .their payment method is great as it depends on how hard you have worked (commission)
