I have a deeper understanding of how to handle different characters with patience, insight and wisdom, and attention to details. I enjoy planning and organizing, execution and seeing results at the end of the day. Being firm and strict in disciplining staff as far as the Company's rules and regulations are concerned and keeping the right attitude at it is always a challenge.

Pros: It is a great opportunity for growth, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Cons: very low income and no opportunity for increase.

• Staff allocation according to strengths and abilities to different sites. • Marking off of the office’s daily register. • Preparation of wage timesheets and spread sheet. • Cheering meetings and taking minutes. • Ordering of office supplies and stationery, uniform, and tools. • Scanning and recording receipts of diesel and office supplies for Vat purposes. • Checking and attending to emails. • Filing. Teamwork is the main requirement for the job. It has taught me Patience, understanding, and tolerance. Making decisions on how to get the job done effectively and efficiently. When an order or instruction is not taken well by sub-ordinates.
