Excellent learning curve

I love my job a lot. I get to interact with different people from different backgrounds. The only disadvantage is the salary as I only work 8 days a month and in winter I work 3-4. It is not enough to sustain me and my family. Its always enough to motivate me to go back. This job has taught a lot about dealing with people, from co-workers, management and punters. Everyone is difderent and we ought to respond differently to them.

Pros: You learn to be your own manager
Cons: Not earning enough

Pros: The training your staff for moreband new activities around work place. Like competition and any other realated work promotion.
Cons: 8 to 10 hours
