Great career developer

Administration office The admin office gets very busy beginning of the year with registrations, social media updating ,fees updates, student profiles, updating of transfers, answering calls , attending to parents walkins and appointnents, I have learnt how to manage and work together as a team in the school to ensure our campus standards are lifted. The most challenging part is building relationships with larents as clients but stil draw a line when it cones to fees collection to ensure efficient fees collection.

Pros: No opportunities for promotions
Cons: No bonuses or incentives for excellent service

Good working environment

Working at my previous company was very exhausting as we had no enough working resources. My relationship with fellow co- workers was good . I have learnt to adapt to to many challenges in the working environment . What enjoyed the most was interacting with the learners and counselling them sometimes. cd challenging aspects of the job was teaching learners without enough resources and having to use my pocket money to create the resources.

Pros: Gained Experience
Cons: underpaid
