Learning curve

Great colleagues, hard environment, salary not so great for 12hour shifts, no night allowance or night overtime for operators, no showers in woman's change rooms. No hot water in woman's change rooms. Lack of communication regarding salary deductions, always deducting from an already low rate. Great thing is days worked and off days, after an intense 4days you get 4days off which is great. Room for growth if dedicated

Cons: Long hours, no extra time for nightshift, no showers for woman, no nightshift allowance. Not enough toilet breaks for 12hour shifts. Too many unknown money deductions

Excellent in diversity

It is wide manufacturing that you will love working for. It ia a company that you can learn and grow from. It recognises skills and abilities. It promotes inhouse skills upgrade.

Pros: Great opportunity to know different products and companies
Cons: Long working hours
