Dedicated helpdesk professional currently providing technical support in a 450+ user environment. Skilled problem-solver able to communicate with users at all levels of technical proficiency. Troubleshoot, resolve and document user help requests for desktop, laptop, mobile, network and peripheral problems. I have a BTEC Level 5 in Computing and System Development, Security+ Certificate and ITIL v3 Certificate Foundation in IT service management. I was working as an Incident and Problem Manager at T-Systems South Africa and now currently working as CIC Support Engineer (IT Desktop Support). I believe that anything is possible if we put our mind into it, and that I want to sustain and develop myself in the ICT industry. Working for T-systems was very exciting, it is not predicative environment. This environment requires your full attention as it is highly technical. There is room for growth in other departments because you are highly exposed to other jobs outside your department. We got the flexibility of having to work from home. I have learnt to embrace the different personalities and cultural diversity versus our work culture and values. I enjoy the unlimited exposure to other roles in our team.

I have learnt a lot during the years
I currently work for LawTrust as a security engineer. I am looking after the below products. Venafi IntelliTrust (Multi-factor Authentication) SSL & PKI support: SSL certificate client support with regards to CSR generation and certificate installation on various platforms (Nginx, Apache, Apache Tomcat, IIS, CISCO, Fortigate, and custom developed applications). Venafi ( Certificate and Keys protection) S/MIME (Secure/Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions) is a standard for public key encryption and signing of MIME data. McAfee endpoint security protection: AV & Encryption:

Nominations for employee of the month, Great learning curve
There are days which are busy like I even find it hard to look at emails, I have good working relationship with colleagues, I have learnt a lot and have tremendously grown trough interacting with various people in various positions, I enjoy when executives ask about the progress of my work and preparing the Executive report, Sales people always submitting their work late is the every month challenge

Cons: Sometimes i have to work long hours or during weekend due to work which has been submitted after deadline

Numerate, meticulous and organized. Able to prioritize work to meet stringent deadlines.
At T-Systems they value each and every employee, it has been a magnificent experience to join such team. The relations with other workers is unbelievable, it's more like family at work.
Pros: Great opportunity and this year i was recognized as one of the best and hard-working safety officer in the Medupi Power station Project.
