Great Exposure

Great salary perk and learning. HR is nI have ben working for Syrex for 10 Months now. The company has a great support structure. The company has great salary perks and/benefits. The is opportunities to learn & study further through the company. The cons that I and other employees have been concerned about is the way that executives and the HR team treat the employees. The employees do not have any say, HR is meant to be for the employees but not in this case. HR is for Syrex as a company and human feelings are not considered. ot for employees bit for the company. Employees do not have a say

Good environment to grow your career

Working in an IPS environment really excites me as I became the hero to the customers. I am a people's person so I enjoy communicating with the customer and brighten their day by resolving the issues they are experiencing with either network connectivity or whatever challenges they may encounter. I have learned that customer support is not only about sending email to the customer, but also by calling them, a smile on a phone line even though they can't see you and speak to them about the issue they are experiencing. It really makes the customer feel that you are there to help them. I have also learned that most customers find it difficult to address the connectivity issue in writing hence calling them really help in understanding and resolving the incident quicker. The most challenging aspect of the job is trying to contact the customer and I can get hold of them for updates, or a delay in response which will finally result in breaching the SLA.

Pros: get to learn more about the networking.
Cons: working long hours including festive season.

Great place to learn and attain more skills

.co/kSyrex has been a great place. where I have developed well as a professional as well as a person. The environment allows one to grow academically as it facilitates with open arms. I would like to now meet new challe ges and get to use the skills attained elsewhere.

Good experience Exposure

It is very interesting and exciting to work at Syrex because it is an IT company and it is still new so they looking for young blood.It has got good benefits although I wasn't yet about to get them until I am permanent. Workers were able to assist me and motivated me.I learn more of how to configure WAP router,permissions on the server,RDP,cisco ip phones,webmin,how to add a printer. The most challenging thing was to understand a fiber connection and how to pack a server in a cabinet.

Information Technology company supports clients from network to hardware an. It gets challenging and interesting when it comes to getting the client happy with tje services we provide we maintain and support our customers d security

Good Learning Opportunity

The work is challenging and the way in which the industry works provides learning all the time. Overall the work is good but the culture is a little bureaucratic and inflexible.

Pros: Challenging and Learning environment.
Cons: Leave is not available ever. Inflexible working times and locations. Difficult for a PM.

Excelent learning curveg

All i can say is that it has recommendable exposure to my career path.working conditions are good im learning a lot of things developing new skills for troubleshooting solving and handling problems, i can also say i was familiarized with aspects that i did not have in mind by the time i started working there

A living nightmare

Was like working in aWorking here is like working in a concentration camp. It's do or be taken in for disapliniary action. Comply or else. The emotional and mental abuse is rife and staff are made to pay for company choices and financial obligations. concentration caml

Cons: Belittled. Berated. Micro manged. Nazi environment. Misogynistic managwment. Endenture.
