Responsibilties

My responsibilities amongst others are Technology support, identify and recommend new technology that can improve production processes whilst increasing the return on investment. Gather data, analyse and devise the most effective operation strategy with the aim of improving plant’s OEE. Mentor and Coach Shop Floor through Kaizens and other production improvement initiatives that drive up the culture of continuous improvement.

Pros: Great environment to practice manufacturing techniques
Cons: Low season and little to do.
