Excellent learning curve

It is a good company to work for, but sometimes very challenging. Sometimes its hard to recruit patients to come for tests. Work flows good on a daily basis. I have a great relationship with my co-workers always something to laugh about. I have learned to be patient with patients to get their information and to get them convinced to come for tests. I enjoy mostly the friendliness of patients over the phone, even if you do not know the person on the other side of the phone line. The most challenging aspects of the job is rude people over the phone.

Cons: Sometimes targets are not reached

Excellent learning curve

I have learn slot regarding clinical trial and new medication. I am enjoyed engaging with people .learning new ideas from others .being friendly .polite and calm when working with patients
