Have a good working relationship with staff and clients. Learned Synchramed system Learned coding for Doctors accounts, billing and submitting of edi accounts and etc Office gossips and politics I don't like it

Learned a extra skill

Client sevices (Doctors) ; collecting from Patients. Everyday and by calling and sending emails and sms. Once a week sending final notices. We also builded a clinte relationship between Doctor and patients.Some Doctors do have personal preference and we always keep that as a guideline. We always try to make company target and I alwas wanted to be op top of all tagets it is my goal. Then we have montly reports that needed to be done on a daily bases.

Cons: Micro management
