Day in my shoes!

Working for a smaller division of a greater holding company has it challenges. However once I mapped out my full responsibilities I am able to conquer towards the company strategy. My daily function include: Continuous monitoring of staff members, customer visits, monitoring pipeline and gap analysis and risk analysis. I also do my own recruitment with our HR support. I report back to the MD potentially risk in the business. Iam a member of the company's Manco team as a representative of my Sales division. I work well with my co-workers as well as my fellow management members. My learning is on a daily basis ie more technical skills and also understanding the sales/call cycle is much longer so planning is imperative. I enjoy people and mostly I enjoy learning from my staff and any one else will to school me in an aear that I need to be schooled in. This is a very difficult product but having a 5x cover pipeline makes the challenge worth being challenged.

Fast and eager learner

I have spent the last four years working as an IT consultant for two different companies. I believe that my strong technical experience will make me a very competitive candidate. My career background has molded and prepared me to the various problems that normally occur in this field. Aside from that, I have strong leadership skills and work well with people. My maturity, practical experience and eagerness will make me an excellent addition to the company. I am always trying to improve my own knowledge and performance. Great company, LOVE the flexibility

I have been in this job title for a number of years, with some morphing here and there. I enjoy learning new things, and find any unknown subject or territory a challenge in the sense of achieving it, and not as a blockage. I love dealing with people, and even more so if I am able to provided them with an enriching way of doing a task, or teaching them new ways. I love supporting my Team. This is also something I see daily with my fitness team. As I train twice a day. The constant team work, motivation and support leads to a never ending cycle of inspiration and drive. I Love my role at my current company. However I currently live in Johannesburg,and with my family planning their move to Cape Town, as well as all my friends residing in Cape Town. I would like to be close to them again. I am someone to feed off good energy, and with my fitness team being down in Cape Town, and my parents also moving, I feel that I am disengaging at the moment, as I long to be with them instead.

Pros: Flexi hours (7h00 to 16h00) and remote at times
