A home away from home

In the past three years, I have learnt how to set my own deadlines on projects and be able to meet them. I have grown more confident in myself and have overcome fear of asking for help and guidance from my superiors. I have grown more confident in my career, and in my abilities to learn and grasp new concepts timorously. One of the best things about our company is the free reign to set up our own projects, the freedom we have to learn independently and from each other. Our company is a small intimate one, where we all work together to meet goals. We are diverse and have learnt that there are so many similarities in our differences. This has fostered mutual respect environment that makes the hours at the office as enjoyable and homely.
