I am very dedicated person I lead the team and commucate with them,making starting of shift meeting is done so that everyone has an idea what the day will be like items of work,making sure trucks are booked for loading and are dispatched accurately,

Pros: lots of opportunity to learn and it great
Cons: sometimes long hours depending on work load

Seeking to broaden my knowledge

I seek a new begining to expand and share the knowledge i have obtained over the past few years. I have great people skills and talking ability. I learn quick and able to apply to the best of my ability. My every day duties are inspection and repairs to machines and ensuring that it is able to reach its maximum output with the least amount of down time.

Cons: Leaving the behide the support of co workers

Good learning experience

It's a well established company with good benefits. Good working environment with good people. I had an opportunity to study. I worked my way up from a receiving clerk to a supervisor.

Pros: Excellent for growing
Cons: Salary too less

EXCELLENT I LEARN A LOT IN THE COMPANY

Working for Sylko is challenging i always learn something new, I have achieve a lot of opportunities,as i started as general assistant and i grow in the company and now i am leading a team in the warehouse,making sure dealines and appointment for deliveries are met,

Pros: it great i have some opportunities given to me
Cons: 8 hours maybe over sometimes
