I am intelligent person, I have learnt how to deal with different people.Company must do trainings.
I real real enjoy my job, each day is hectic because I deal with different people but I enjoy because I learn newthings everyday. Passengers inspire me a lot because I have compliments emailed to my management.I like to chat with them while I'm processing their boarding passes. The most challenge is when the passenger has missed the flight because the passenger fight with you even if she or he is the one who came late or didn't hear the announcement but I know that the passenger is not screaming into me he or she is screaming at that situation and I have to be calm and understand the situation and try to help the passenger for further assistance
Pros: Im willing to grow in future like supervising because everycompany have different stages to climb

Excellent learning
We work to assist the passenger those who can not work ,sometimes is a challenges as some act strange to us and you need to be patient,and our company is very strict because they want to satisfy their client ,even the passenger can send a report to then saying you did not treat him well ,company gonna dismiss you.in my job I learned how to treat the client .the relationship with my co workers is good since we understand each other and we have one thing in common to achieve the company needs.

Excellent learning
We assist people who cannot work long distance with the wheelchair to the flight,it hard to cooperate because you have to be patient with the passenger ,so I learned to be patient and how to treat customers,

Excellent learning
Since we work with different people those who have different traits is n easy because you have to be patient with them ,so is not easy ,but I have learned a lot through working with people ,because I now know how to handle conflict.the relationship with co worker it was brilliant to the point where we share our problems . at this work I enjoy to speak with passengers those who speak positively with me ,those who appreciate my service that is the thing that I enjoy most.

My work experience
I am computer literate I have communication skills goal driven good team player.I have planning and quality certificates.worked as a machine operator at ael mining services,as a production driver at ford and as a BRS officer at swissport. I learned alot and interacted with different people in those fields. read with interest your advertisement for an administrator in your company. I am interested in being employed by a company with your background.

Good to meet with different people
And also to learn to deal with different people but rhe management is very bad and they think they meeting the companies vision the middle management dont know how to deal with employees in a proper manner and they making us working long hours and expeact perfect outcome and they don't provide transport while wd have 3am shift then they will tell you that you have signed for that contract and theres no room for failures one mistake u get a final warning. We do our job very well and we provide the best service as employees and live up to their demands because at the end if the day we want to work and get paid

Time management,working under no supervision which leads to dependabiliy.
I was working shifts ,4 days in ,2 days out. I had a good relationship with my colleagues down to my co-workers up to my superiors. We had a constructive communication to a point were I'm mistaken he would talk to me privately. We had a team-work, if I'm not busy with my work I would go to assist to other department for the operation to be success at the end of the day. Swissport is a ground handling company, SLOGAN:" from landing off to ground we take we care". Time management is of importance, in their industry. I learned to be punctual in most of the time, enjoy working with a group because that's were u grow mentally and healthy competition created. Their operation work with electricity for the passenger's luggage to reach flights.so if no electricity nor bad weather occurs ,we encounter problems of delaying of the flights. That can leads company to lose customers ad money.
