Excellent learning curve

I had Great experience for customer service with the Safair swissport team. Everyday was a challenge, yet over coming it was the best part of the day. Learning curve came with More knowledgeable on aviation, like they alphabetical language

Learning about customer service

Working with people its good however personalities are different but i learn how to deal with that....My work environment departments are joint in other for work to be done so basically my relationship with my co-worker has to be clear and professional.What i like more is going miles just to see a client happy

Pros: Great working experience
Cons: Shifts are hectic
