Swift Human Resource Reviews

Financial administration, Office procedures , Filing, Reception duties, Decision making

n a typical day in my last position I fulfilled management tasks of opening and closing the facility, as well as overseeing a staff of 20 individuals. Throughout the day I completed various administrative duties as well, including answering phones, drafting documents and emails, filing and greeting customers. I also provided strong customer service and resolved customer issues. I get along with just about everyone with whom I work. I respect other people's knowledge, experience, and opinion, even if I don't agree. I think that is why I can work with nearly anyone. I've learnt payroll and recruitment in my current work.I love my job because everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission.Keeping Calm. A major part of being an administrative assistant is—you guessed it—assisting someone.

Pros: Friendly atmosphere, great management team, great co-workers, opportunity for growth.
Cons: Pay scale, lack of effort on come employees.

You have mutual respect. It’s all about appearances.Take in the scene around you. I enjoyed some of the projects that I assisted with its always a learning curve.Biggest challenge: Procrastinating /organizing tasks that I find boring

Pros: Building relationships with different people.
Cons: Go to for everyone. -Always on call.
