Great experience

My typical day consists of making sure all the planned work gets done. I also give training to the artisans and try to improve machines wherever I can. I always try to keep a good relationship with everyone at the company as you will always need to work together to reach a common goal. I have learned how to deal with people and to always stay level headed. Once emotions get involved you fighting a losing battle. I also gained much needed technical experience on pneumatics and hydraulics. My planning has also improved. What I enjoyed the most at Swartland is that they give you all the necessary tools to grow as an individual. Most challenging part of working here is trying to keep my part time studies going while working an average of 11 hours per day

Logistic and Chain Supply Management and Syspro

I have completed my Logistic and Chain Supply Management Coarse in 2016. I have very good people skills and I see myself as a go getter , and leader in my spesific roll of duties. Excellent learning curve

the the company is great and its employees.Its a huge learning curve and can be seen as one of the greatest experience one needs . the company has a variety of sections which one can use in other companies. The company teaches you to plan accordingly and efficiency

Learning experience

Great company to learn what to do and what not to do. Not a long term place as systems aren`t what it should be. Management style is to keep everyone under pressure the whole time
