Excellent learning

Is nice to work with my co-workers.The most challenging for me is to learn to work on a machine you don't know.Is the most experience i get.To go to work and do what you must do i enjoy it.There are times when you and your co-workers argue but later is everything fine.We sort it out imediately.

Pros: Opportunity for people to work
Cons: Work alot of overtime

Excellent learning skills

We work with wood make doors.It is nice to work with the co-workers.We have a good relationship.My challenge was to work on one of the main machine in the work place.Sometimes you have a hard day at work you must work alot of overtimes.I learn alot about different machines and i enjoy to work with my co-workers.Each and everyone understands each at work.Is very hard work to do at this company and the females to the same work as the males.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Many overtime hours
