Excellent learning curve, practise for surveillance manager

what i have learnt is taught to me by myself, no one showed me what is meant to happen on a daily basis. I have to write job descriptions, SOP which were never done before. In charge of a team of 10 staff members. Constantly doing the general managers work as well as the technical managers duties. My relationship with co-workers is very good. Most challenging, is teaching myself what needs to be done on a daily basis and having the time to complete it all. rosters, payroll, human resources, disciplinary hearings are completed almost weekly. CCTV is a hardship with no one caring that the views needs to be up and running, constant battle with the techs.

Pros: friendly environment
Cons: long working hours, no opportunity for promotion, no benefits
