I`ve learnt to be an easy going and to lead by example through my experience
The experience that I have helps me to be able to work with different kind of people in different environment, it also contributed in building a good relationship with workers and lease with the client thou some times I face some challenges, but through challenges I have learnt to be responsible and to be patience. I therefore enjoy these industry because every day I experience new challenges and in every challenge, there`s a resolution.

Fabrication
• Piping flanges, valve and pump replacement • Maintenance on Arrius 2K2 Engine,compressor,pumps,gearbox,laser alignment, pulley alignment • Vibration Analysis (helitune) on Main Rotor and Tail Rotor Blades • Maintenance of mechanical equipment. Plumber block, installation of shafts and wheels of submerge scraper conveyor • Fabrication of Water purification plant, polymer dosing plant, water treatment plant • Basic Boiler making

Hands on worker. Quick leaner
A typical day at Svk logistics requiers me to do report for previous days work. Assigning work for the day to employees. Assisting in outstandings for units. Job planning, rigging planning

On Construcion,site manager,project manager
Not a challenging job ,working on Distribution Boards and fixing portable electrical tools and appliances on site. Had good ralationship with fellow employees. Management only knew me when there's a fault to fixed,other that,poor relationship. Never get spares on time. Not involved in decision making concerning electrical issues

Learning curves
Its long challenging days, but we are a great group of people that can work together. Because this is a newer field, it is a learning curve for us all. Although the administrative work still remains the same.

Full of competition that makes you as person strong and learn everyday
Qualified section 13 rigger with 4 years rigging experience ,I have code 14, overhead crane license and f4 forklift certificate , I can work both individual and in a group and I can work more hours.

Great Experience gained in power generation and valuable knowledge in management.
Great company to work for, i would like to have a bigger future with the company and to have to work for them till i have reached my goals. there is a lot of competent and well knowledge personnel in the current team and every day is a new learning day.

Experience was good
Experience was good and a good learning curve both at craftsmanship and safety . I’ve learned construction fitting and power and energy processes. Workers are friendly skillful and hard working
