Fairly average company but with reasonably good resilience.

Most of the I have been a project architect/senior architect at SVA for just over 5 years. My experience is that its is a fairly decent company that has failed to be really great due to the problems with ownership by GIBB and the resultant profit sharing scheme. Workers are overloaded and burn out quite frequently. Directors have limited imagination and courage to pursue new avenues of revenue generation.

Pros: Most people are easy to get along with
Cons: Poor salary and top heavy buracracy
