Excellent learning curve

If you make promises to your staff... keep it. No increases or bonusses for the last 3 years. Although the employees are like a family... that will be highly missed.

Excellent learning curve

I am currently a final year student at the University of South Africa studying Bachelor of Accounting Science in Management Accounting and this semester is my last semester registered for my last 4 modules. I am career driven and a fast learner and I am willing to share with you my knowledge and experience

Not a real Security Company

This company does not operate at all like a Security Company should.. You as the Area Manager are held responsible for all wage queries, CCMA cases, HR etc. I had to pay R7000.00 out of my own pocket for a CCMA case which was lost. I was promised a promotion twice and then last minute got told the position is redundant. The past 3 years there was no increases given

Learning opportunity

working as an receptionist might ot be much but however is an eye opening exprience that introduces you to a world and workforce you wouldnt imagaine. you have a taste of all things in the corporate business ,from where i work a security company dealing with a mass clientel you get to see what happenes behind all things bold. i was able to gain exprience in all aspects as you are free and get to help wherever you can from finances to normal admin to sending and recieving, data capturing.

Pros: oppoturnity to grow in the company
Cons: dealing with angry site workers
