Amazing company to work for

Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to apply for the junior business analyst within your organization. In anticipation of completing my Business Analysis certificate with FTI. I am hoping to be a valuable member of your BA team. My desire is to both contribute as well as gain skills within the BA role in line with my studies. I am working in Merchant services for the past five years. I have the ability to communicate at all levels both internally within the company and externally. I am a hard worker, over conscientious about my work, capable, honest, willing, eager, motivated and ambitious. I am able to meet deadlines in stressful and unpredictable conditions. My experience at sureswipe.

During my time at sureswipe i gained a lot of practical experience in my field of study which includes the installation of intergration systems and configuration thereof, hardware and software systems,linux etc..

A good learning experience about the financial industry and how swiping machines work.

A typical work day starts at 6:30 (updating reports and following up on tasks to be done for the day. Daily stand-ups for project updates I get along very well with my colleagues, there is a goof culture in the organisation all round. I have learnt a lot about the financial industry - the FICA regulation, what goes on behind the scenes to get a swiping machine to work and be certified. The most challenging job for a PM is working with many teams and getting everyone in the same room for meetings.

Cons: Short term contract with a horrible salary

Knowledge gained is priceless

Get to work at 6am and its just go (Its a 'Good Go" Its a challenge which i enjoy daily till its time to go home at 2pm. I have a very good understanding with my co-workers we learn from each other every day. I enjoy the culture of the company and the people i work with but most importantly i enjoy the field in which i work. I enjoy the daily challenge of Analysing data and making it better in order to identify any anomalies and save the business money to add to the bottom line.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth, Flexi working hours, Work from home option, Family orientated company

great work environment, excellent working conditions great work culture in the company salaries are rather below market rate there is pressure like every sales jobs all tolls are given do your job not much training is hprovided once with in more off on the job training

Key account manager - client relations

Our office in CPT is a very vibrant team, we work together as one all supporting one another. A typical work day for me, will be coming into the office or work from home and manage my clients expectations, assist them make contact with them ensuring they are happy. I have learnt how to work well together in a team, helping each other to help our merchants. What I enjoy most about my job is the flexi hours and I dont get micro managed, I have metrics and targets to reach, as long as I reach them no need for us to be micro managed. The most challenging about my job is time management, ensuring I get dont what I need to in a day of 24 hours
