Learning to deal with different people

The working environment can be very challenging when it comes to dealing with clients. So far it has taught me a lot about self-control and how I can be able to deal with a disrespectful client and control myself and actually be nice to them even though they can be completely rude to me. It has also taught me a lot about team work and actually playing the part of working together with colleagues that you’ve never met before with regards to blending ad actually understanding everyone’s background and their beliefs and ethics. It has been amazing working here, I’ve met a lot of different individuals that have also taught me a lot .

Dynamic company

This Company management are not respectful of other religions. You are expected to work long hour for pathetic salaries. No diversity Salaries are not paid timeoysly. Overall very exploitative

Great learning experience

This company thought me everything I know today in terms of being productive and working for success. I'm truly grateful for the opportunity I had to work as a broker and learn as much as I did at such a young age, it was great working with different companies and different products and services.
