I've learned a lot in this company that I didn't know before I joined them.
On a daily basis we deal with incoming and outgoing loads. I have built a strong working relationship with my co workers, it was not easy at first because the staff that i am supervising has been there long before I joined the company as a forklift driver. I have learnt how to lead people, how to prepare loads according to their relevant routes and most of all how to communicate with customers. I still enjoy working on the floor when it's very busy, helping with the loading and offloading of stock. The most challenging part of this job is having a lot of urgent loads with a few trucks to deliver, then it gets nerve wrecking.
Pros: I honestly don't see this company taking me any further, with all the good work that I do here i'm still under a labor broker.
Cons: We work a 9 hour shift but they don't like paying overtime if we work longer than that.

Good learning experince
our company is a supply chain management company, my section deals with logistic management so my daily tasks includes training new personnel on the operations of the warehouse, inventory control, training of drivers on regulations, how to prevent accidents, how to save petrol, safe keeping of the vehicles. travel to different stocking point doing training on different operation of the company.

Excellent learning curve
I have learned many things about transport import and export . An I have a very good communication skills , u can solve the deliveries problems to the customers I even worked as customer service representative . I can manager to solve the problems if we have with the stuff off the company.

Lean to work with people
Am looking for this work am a hart working person and I love working with people and commutation with the people and I lean the job and I love helping were I can and assisting with all the department about what they do I work under lots people at all times I can work long working hours , and I think this is a great opportunity for me to join this company I will love that so much if they can give a chance to sore my self and lean were am working I have lean so many thing about this company like I have sad I do all round jobs if am giving that chance I work with the finance people and I help with financial statement I work @ reception to relive the reception lady I work with lots of staff

Working for more than 14 to 15yrs
Working for supergroup though me many things Working under pressure. How to behave when speaking with customers and Communication is key when you working with a team. I think I have learn everything as dispatch ,data captured, RFCs, driver,receiving and implementation of Being a supervised of all I was rewarded with certificate's. Challenging aspects was working with rfc

I have learnt alot at the warehouse i was place at two departments at the picking desk, dispatch
every day is a different day , m y relationship with my staff is very different i am the only lady in the warehouse which sometimes i really feel uncomfortably , i have learned a lot in the warehouse , i enjoy the environment

Excellence
Excellent working conditions but poor management participation. Good prospects for increasing sales. Unfortunately no motivation from superiors.no prspectsfor promotion and sekf advancement. Syste.s need to be upgraded and set up for better advancement of information. Upgrade systems to be put in place as to get accurate assessments.
